Computed tomography (CT) imaging revealed a large heterogeneous mass with destructive extension into the orbit, maxilla, mandible, and anterior and middle cranial fossae. Complete surgical excision was achieved via the Weber-Ferguson approach, and histopathological evaluation confirmed a mature teratoma. </span></span></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:125%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:125%"><span style="font-family:" verdana=""><span style="color:#2e74b5">Conclusion:</span></span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:125%"><span style="font-family:" verdana=""><span style="color:#0e101a">This case report highlights the importance of early imaging and prompt surgical intervention in managing large craniofacial teratomas.
